Very true...
This seems like one of the timelines that we are not aware of....the final piece of the puzzle has to be resolved before a certain timeline before that event CAN occur ... and hence SEDCO's long standing claim had to be negotiated with a certain dollar figure accounted for it so that the next buyer knows what he/she/it has to pay for the package...
I think it is not a forced sale too, atleast not of the type where a big fat guy stands over with a baseball bat aimed at your proverbials unless you sign off on some dotted line...
I think with LT back in the game, SEDCO issue resolved we could be looking at the last quarter as an entity called NEXUS...
