I think this $30m amount now crystallizes what a prospective buyer would have to "pay" SEDCO.... now this could be inclusive in their offer or they can now offer X + $30M.... either way, the buyer now knows what is the final outgo...
until yesterday this was supposed to be closer to the three quarters of a hundred million dollars whereas now they know that they are paying only three tenths of a hundred million....
BIG DIFFERENCE...
