I don't think you understand the point I raised.
If an offer is to be made for the asset only, the buyer doesn't care if there is a liability re: Sedco as this would be a NXS issue.
The only reason this would prevent a sale is if NXS Management wanted to know the minimum they could accept from a buyer to remain solvent.
FYI, Macquarie margin changes for lending against NXS changes from 55% to 70% on 19 March so there could be some additional selling.
