    hello Torente.

    I searched ASX for previous Buy Backs by CDU -- CDU Announcements during 2008.

    in 2008, the 3C Buy Back notice was issued on the 22nd of September. the first 3E was issued on the 29th of September detailing a buy back executed the day before.

    so I would assume that 2 weeks notice is not required.
