There is a push by ASX and Registry companies to force shareholders to go online but there is no mention using the technology capabilities when it comes to voting at AGM's

In the future, Is there any compelling reasons for the Board and Management to have prior access to voting results for on screen presentation at an AGM?

My understanding is that currently the Board and Management are entitled to be kept abreast with incoming votes supplied by the registry company, including via direct voting.

My limited online knowledge would suggest that Link Market has the capabilities to implement the following online service at an AGM presentation.
The outcome of a votes on a resolution could be shown in real time after voting on each resolution has been carried out by shareholders who are either online and/or as attendees at a AGM.

This would greatly enhance the transparency and credibility of the voting results.

Would such a request be implemented thru as a Special Resolution?
