It is ideologically imperative that any help for those sacked in any form above just simple talk and social predatory ponzi NGOs will amount to less than cents in every 25 dollars actually reaching the family where it matters.
The gross majority of the money must by order only end up in the bank accounts of those still employed but charged with giving this uselessness 'help'.
i have seen a few of these packages get rolled out..all help will be ethereal in nature.
It's not actually help to the majority but a hindrance, the absolute majority of those that need it. The fractional minority of those 'helped' make it all ok somehow...we are a weird country.
