Anyways, as read, normal brain mass loss is 5% a decade after the age of 40yrs of age. The biomuse study found MSA pts have a mass reduction of 3-5% at 6 and 12 months. So, again, if they can prove ATH434 can show positive signs of rapidly reducing the speed of brain loss, it may also slow other neurodegenerate brain loss in other diseases such as AD and FA.
