    Just noticed that Moelis (on Comsec site) had upgraded its 2012 PE forecast to 3 sometime in the last week.

    Don't suppose anyone had noticed a news / press release which could have triggered this? The only thing that comes to mind is the news about the federal government backed solar farms but I can't recall seeing anything that implied CBD would be involved.
