I actually consider this 1H2014 a stellar result from SNL ... Let's remember, this company is investing further in its business (distribution centres and stores).
SO A 28% JUMP in NPAT is a notable achievement in this context.
The EBIT for the last 3 halves are:
1H13 $2.9m
2H13 $3.8m
1H14 $4.3m
That looks impressive to me!
The company is guiding for EBIT of $3.7m for 2H14 due to further expansion of their branch network.
Exactly 12 months ago they guided for 2H13 EBIT of $3.1m (citing rising outlays due to expansion) and yet over-delivered with EBIT of $3.8m.
Please direct me to more companies like this!
