not sure, with management depending on 1 or 2 main guys it shows how vulnerable this company is. I dont see any good long term prospect in the property investment in japan since earthquake happens so often there and Japan economy is in decline. Most foreign investments and firm are now moved their base to China. I think investment will hit the wall big time.
