First half NPAT 2 mil,
Pure Hacking acquisition expected to add max 2 mil for full year, 1 mil for a half,
Last year full year NPAR was 3.2 mil,
So lots of growth needed to reach 6.5 NPAT for the full year.
Many of the acquired businesses have failed to live up to expections, resulting in last year failing to meet prospectus forecast.
Lots of faith now needed to believe this years NPAT will be over $6.5 mil
The terms of their acquisions includes additional earn out payments, subject to future performance, so need to allow for additional shares being issued or money borrowed to fund these.
