I mean to say that it is quite likely that their software can be replicated with $20m.
Also, they have had no meaningful growth in revenue for 10 years. But it is probably obvious that the rate of change in the industry is accelerating. There are positives and negatives to this, the problem is that I am not competent enough to make a judgment.
