forecast spp

AS most of you will know, FF isn't really here to provide speculative posts but in the current circumstances I thought a little bit of forcasting would be ok. The SPP gets announced tomorrow, so I guess we should have a little competition for the correct result.

I propose that we use a percentage over or under subscribed as the determining factor. So a five per cent under -subscribe would be shown in a post as -5 %, and over -subscribed as + 5 %. Those without any sign will be deemed ineligible entries.

So on balance my own forecast is that the SPP will be well over-subscribed and therefore I'm going for a forecast of + 18 %
