Noticed E-trade is forecasting a profit for the full FY 13/14 of 20.8 cents. AGI earned 7.0 c for H1 12/13 and 9.2 c for H2 12/13. They have forecasted a profit of 7.0 c x 1.40 = 9.8 c for H1 13/14 which implies that E-trade believe they will earn 11.0 c in H2 13/14. This would translate into a sharp profit growth rate drop from 40% to 20%. Still very good though. I have a feeling that there is little to suggest much of a drop in profit growth at all given the very bullish forecast recently by AGI. I still believe actual growth for H1 will exceed 40% and that growth for H2 will be higher by a very significant margin than E-trade's suggested 20% for H2. As always there is often a disconnection between share price and company performance in the short term. It would not surprise me much if we are trading at reasonable p/e ratios a year from now but at a share price north of 6$.
