Conservatively speeking STS should achieve FY 2008 Revenue of 200 mill exluding takeover revenue. At a profit margin of 6% that is 12 mill NPAT/50 mill shares to give 24 c eps. Add on 2.5c from acquisition and we have 26.5 cps assuing margin of 6% is maintained. That appears to be a minimum figure. I think 30cps is achievable as revenue seems to be growing every quarter.
