He publishes his forecasts in a book, each day for the next couple of years I think. His book did predict the same 4 days of rain as what just hit NSW.
Im interested that he is predicting the rain to fall away in the next few months, I have just recently found a forecast put out by the Japanese researchers who first identified the Indian Ocean Dipole in 1999, the equivalent to the Pacific El-Nino/La-Nina. These researchers have established a reliable means of forecasting the Indian Ocean Dipole and have forecast that a positive Indian Ocean Dipole will develope late summer (northern hemisphere) which combined with the forecast La-nina will create a good Indian summer monsoon and a hot summer in East Asia. A positive Indian Ocean Dipole brings good rains to India, eastern and northern Africa but dry conditions to Australia and Indonesia. For Australia and Indonesia to receive good rains a Negative Dipole mode is required.
