I can almost smell the money about to roll over my way...ie increase in house prices...........whoops I am not supposed to say that am I In Europe most are renters......apparently in some cities they do not need or use a car............because the public transport system is so good and very fast.

Report out today people who will buy a house within a year has jumped from 28% to 37%.........and some are single people (probably women) they will buy in non preferred areas, because they cannot afford to buy in their preferred area...............now we are talking and getting some sense out there other ABS stats reported this week..........home affordability based on wages has jumped from the old 30% rule to a massive 47%........they compared wages past 14 years to home affordability, wages were in front by a mile
