It is undoubtedly an emotional time, but the sell off is also due to the fact that Wayne Patterson, Chairman and CEO, allegedly misled the market when he came out and said $4.4m for the quarter, and then re-iterated when we were a month in, and he now has zero credibility.

Worse, he knew people were banking on this guidance and didn't come out and update the market when it was apparent he was going to miss the target by almost 40%.

Forecasts show you understand your business. Wayne said multiple times "we are tracking this down to the hospital and unit level". Wayne must have either fed us complete BS, or he simply does not understand the business like he makes out he does. Either way, it is grounds for dismissal and possible legal action.

Cash burn - and it's literally is like pouring petrol on a pile of money and then setting light to it because it just disappears - is also a major factor.

Talks of "is the company a going concern" aren't unjust apparently, whereas yesterday, I though it was crazy talk.
