The guidance was given/created FOR the CR. That's the most galling part about it.
It seems there was some healthy ADAPT growth in June. Looking at the 4c though, could someone explain to me where the money comes from for this quarter and the next, and who would give them said money if it can't be from within existing resources? At the moment I doubt many would lend WP $5.
