Well considering most predictions are above $60, and many are saying they still wouldn't accept, I'm guessing the information can't be very valuable to a bidder. It would be valuable perhaps if there was significant disillusionment, and investors were showing that they'd take any rock bottom offer. Any potential bidder reading the comments here would see NEU has a very strong and loyal investor base, and any offer made would need to be at a massive premium to get investors to even consider voting in favour
