1. Closing price for 2023: US market looking strong. Should influence ASX200 Index and hence NEU. Shorts are starting again. My guess is $25.35
2. Will Neuren be taken over in 2024? I hope not. In the investor webinar last week Jon said that we will know NEU's Phase 3 approach for 2591 by mid-year - so maybe go alone, partnerships or may trigger a takeover. So pressure will grow mid 2024. Need to see all Phase 2 trials completed first. So I say no friendly T/O in 2024.
3. If yes,
a) which month? More likely Feb-Mar 2025 after Acadia Qrtly sales figures are published.
b) at what price? 2025: $120 = $50 for Daybue plus $70 for 2591.
4. If no, what will be closing price at end of 2024? $65 = $35 for Daybue + $30 for 2591 positive results on all 4 Ph2 trials.
5. If a takeover offer was to be made on 31/12/2024 what is the minimum price you would happily accept? AU$120 if single bidder or AU$140 if multiple bidders
