1. Closing price for 2023: relatively unchanged at $24. Not a lot of days left, there will likely be very little institutional trading.
2 and 3. NEU won't be taken over, but I wouldn't be surprised if an offer is made. Could be quite early, maybe March. $40 offered (hence why it won't be accepted)
4. $50 closing price for 2024
5. nothing under $100 would be acceptable, I'm not in this for a quick buck
