.... and perhaps that is why talk of a realistic takeover offer is way too premature at this stage - 'realistic' being the operative word here.
Patience and trust in the upcoming fundamentals is required - no takeover will be accepted before the first three 2591 results are in, because no acceptable TO offer will be made before then.
WHY, because IMO, this company will not be sold under $50 and it will take three positive results before any BP will offer that kind of money. Thus, risk must be accepted in the meantime, if $50 is the goal - and it is certainly my goal.
