I found this article https://capital10x.com/the-vanadium-market-is-coiled-like-a-spring/ Interestingly, someone mentioned TMT (AVL) in the comments section If China does break out like they mention and stop being a supplier to a consumer of vanadium then this project has 6% of the worlds Vanadium supply. I think AVL will be bought out at that at that point though. Interesting spot to watch and worth throwing some money towards
