I think they are expecting quite a useful compensation, KrazyKakes, and have no intention of selling in the near future…
….resource capital funds specialise in giving capital long term so small companies can grow (??).
And up to the day after the merger was announced (when they put something like $15 million into an AVL capital raise ), and including their investments (since 2021) in the now merged TMT, plus other on market buys at AVL I think I counted it as another $34million spent here since they first announced they had become a substantial holder last year.
And who else might be on the horizon with money to spemd?
