Does VSUN have the capability to scale-up and fulfil the brief within the grant criteria? Perhaps.
Do I want AVL to send their capital to VSUN to run a project of atleast $400k just to secure grant funding for 25% if it? No damned way.
VSUN should focus on their core business and not stretch themself unnecessarily. Especially if it increases financial risk to their parent company.
This is why I am saying they need to work with someone else that is placed to get the project stood up and VSUN receive an order to supply a VRB or 12.
