And that long term director who helped drop the AVL price after he left?
Did he pay anything for his shares?
He declared only 42 million in his final director notice in March 2023.
But in December 2022 (before RCF started buying) he was the second largest holder with around 62.5 million shares shares
Then by September 30 last year he had ‘only’ 17,271,703 shares.
At that stage he had sold more than 45 million according to my broker mate’s chart.

On February 29 (the last image I have from earlier this week - which does not show converted TMT shares) he had retained the same number ie 17 million+.

Do you know if those 24.7 million shares he sold between March and September last year were free too @sandfire ?
