oh...i, too, believe that there are buyers out-there for everything regarding property !
they just have to be given ALL THE MONEY and left to pay off ALMOST NOTHING compared to real monthly rate and....low and behold: there would be plenty of "bigger fools" jumping in claiming that if you look at it LONG TERM (ha ha ha) they will make money !
or their kids will make money !
or their grandkids will make money !
by the conversations on this forum you can realise that there are still people out there that WANT to believe 'RE dogmas' from a decade or two ago !
its just that numbers are 'killing' their 'religion' (although they are disputing that also)
its just also that i'm not sure that banks can still operate this way ! (they migh've given money to one too many 'bigger fool')
