I thought they required a 75% majority to pass the takeover motion. With the shares trading at 16 cents the people buying are after a higher offer. AGK offer @ 0.15 is equivalent $15.15 value of AGK. Whereas Mos trading at .16 is $16.16 equiv. AGK share price around $16.30 would not be worth the effort for the players without some sweetener.
