i see roughly 5000 apartments coming to supply in my fringe suburb .. before this - there were zero apartments.

1 bedder = $530K
2 bedder = $700 minuimum

this is total madness. 5 yrs ago u can still get a free standing house for $550K

those apartments will suck $3k-4K/qtr minimal from u for the body corporate sinking fund..

haha what mugs would buy apartments overlooking the rail line? plenty of mugs..lol
