From time to time, an MCL buyer appears who purchases a relatively small number of shares, but on a very regular basis. I have posted about this buyer before, and I believe it is someone from overseas, accumulating at the average price for the day.
They seem to have re-appeared today. Note the transactions at 10:43AM, each for the same amount of 12521 shares at 3.5 cents. This is typical of the method this buyer uses to purchase the shares. It has the effect of slowly accumulating larger quantities, without suddenly pushing the price upwards significantly. The purchases are, I believe, automatically generated by computer.
