    one minor event can completely transform the ( immediate) outlook for this stock. It could be currency ..or more likely any one of the 4 insto holders deciding that in the light of nothing truly scary emerging from the annual report..that it's time to average down . I'm feeling a little frustrated this Friday ..could not get any PPX at 7.1 cents. maybe 7.3 will be the low .
