Yes Sir, thanks for the clarification as it applies to LYC as well as Venezuela. I am reminded of Venezuela simply because it was once a well developed, forward thinking, country that enjoyed a respected position on the international stage until a group of irrational ideologues seized power. It is now a hell hole. Initially, I had high hopes for Dr. M's leadership but now feel he may not be capable of reining in a small, but vocal, group of fanatics who would rather adhere to a political fantasy than lead their people to a brighter future. Sadly, I feel his education tells him to adopt international standards but the chaos around him maybe more than he can handle.
