May I suggest that we now get a forensic accountant on board to investigate:
1. What payments have been made to Mal Jensen?
2. Why he was offered that large number of shares?
3. Where the money is going from Bullabulling.
Duncan's failures have now cost the shareholders an extra $100 000+. Our thanks must go to his barrister who said that Jervois would carry the cost. Rightly, Duncan should be paying for this. He is the one who no longer demonstrates any capability to run a business - maybe not even able to drive a car. We should not be carrying the cost of a dictator who is making irrational decisions.
Is there not some way by which we, as shareholders, can insist on a psychiatric assessment of this man and relieve him of the pain he is suffering and the anguish and loss he is causing to we, the shareholders?
