Had a little trawl through the IAU posts to see what they thought about this merger and noticed a IAU Director share purchase notification from August 17. I'm assuming they can't buy if they possess price sensitive information. Does that mean this deal was hatched and agreed to in the last 2 weeks? Do things really happen that fast?
