All that I have seen are words that report that the original statement of claim related to misleading, deceptive and unconscionable conduct, false representations and unfair contract terms. Also, the claimants were given until 12 July 2018 to file any draft amended statement of claim. Consequently, I do not know exactly what is now claimed to be misleading, deceptive, unconscionable, et cetera. The paper I wrote addresses what the detail may be, and hence I am loath to indulge in a polemic based on such a flimsy foundation.

Do you know how I can get my hands on the original statement of claim, and any amendment thereto?
