People should go back to smn's near death experience under the previous Management and than look at what the new/current management have said and compare it to what has been delivered.
Two things stand out for me 1.they have always delivered on what they said they would & 2 the time taken has on many occasions taken longer than the punters have expected - the aviation world being its own slow moving, safety conscious beast and all - but still they delivered and more. Management have strong connections to Drake and Mac Equity who are the number 1 & 3 shareholders (21 and 5% of the company), AEM their manufacturer is no 2, - if crap was going down I don't think they would passively let current management reap for themselves. (And they would know exactly what is going on now)
Having said that the past is not the future so imo, Contact management directly and put pressure on them to clarify. Pretty sure they read this board but 1st port of call is email before shooting, imo.
Also look at the ranges of the sp over the last 4 years.
