basically it is a fairly complicated deal but on my assessment the price is not a good one....reflecting both GNS distressed seller and also surplus of forestry assets on the market. I can provide further details at need but suffice to say they are gaining cash but sacrificing book value......having said that it is another step toward GNS remaining solvent......
