Those that are expecting fireworks from the quarterly will be disappointed. BBI project is progressing well & on-track BUT I don't think a deal will be signed before the quarterly report next week. The project has completed Phase 3 (of the 5-phase) at best. There's still "scale-up (Phase 4)" & "production (Phase 5)" to go... unless a deal can be announced & signed before the final two phases? My assumption is the 5-phase project has to be completed before any commercial agreement.. happy to be corrected.
