forest oil sale of nearby acreage

Forest Oil have just announced that they have sold to a undisclosed buyer over 50,000 acres in the Crockett County for 35 million us.

This doesn't augur well(excuse the pun)for Molopo.
We are trying to sell half that acreage in Crockett and though we have reserves, some production and a few wells, my initial estimate of $60 million value looks a little unlikely at this stage.

The acreage of Forest Oils is further to the west. Its neighbours are Approach and EOG.
