Who is going to benefit from further expenditure on a PIF asset in current litigation which is due to go to trial about the same time as the turf is to be replaced!! What financial benefit did PIF investors get from the estimated $1million+ that was spent on the previous upgrade? i hope I am not the only one asking questions, one PIF asset gets left to be plundered and stripped of anything of value and another which is the subject of ongoing litigation gets money poured into it!!
