GNl annouced today that they are changing the name and trading code, no annoucement from ELL but the changes were conditional upon ELL agreeing to the merger into GNL so ..... at the moment no confirmation but the deal wouldnt have been unable to go ahead without an ELL vote ( which given small investors should have been able to vote and no annoucements made yet i find this a little interesting)
