forestry investment

To Wooduk and others.

I dont really agree with many of you but do agree on a few things:

1. We need to have plantation investment in OZ.

2. I would like to be part of that - But not within MIS as everyone has their hand in my wallet.

3. Where is such an investment?

We dont agree on the following:

1. I dont believe in the Greens. Too many people and their kids voting one way but driving 4X4's and pumping huge electricity bills to service fancy lifestyles. The hard core are real but the its nice to vote for something never having to sacrifice anything.

2. I dont want the assets run badly and yes FSC is an issue but we have to make a decent return.

Why are those that have this passion not forming a group of investors and bidding for some assets. The forestry on KI may not make direct income but would the place have the same feel without all the forests???

I would be interested but who else is?
