Only redeeming feature of Kelty's report is that he didn't charge a fee for doing it. There are only 2 paragraphs that are worth reading out of 200 pages and Lordo's summarised them for us.

Most of the report consists of reproductions of the submissions Kelty received - they really show the greenies don't know how to either compromise or the moderates to shutdown the plentiful number of extremists in their midst. Must have been frustrating for Kelty who wasn't too bad at negotiating outcomes between parties at loggerheads (pun intended) during his union days.

I reckon he now knows who the recalcitrants are.
