I know smaller fund managers who trade Forex, but no big ones. Mostly money managers seem to have specialized in Forex.
But I don't see how it should make a difference to returns, as in the end in my opinion it comes down to skill of analysis and management of trades and self no matter what market..
Also, the problem for the bigger funds might be regulation as Forex is still unregulated..
