Just googled German press and they are all talking about a good possibility of a snap election as Merkel has lost the key support from the Free Democrats Party.
I don't think Asian Traders really appreciate how significant this w/e news is and I'm pretty sure the Poms and Europeans will give it plenty more weight in about 4 to 5 hours time.
Took Sharksy tech'advice with this and shorted Euro/OZ (again) at 1.1540...also shorted Euro/US at 1.1744
