I base my trades all on TA but FA can't be ignored totally. All FA can be seen on the chart a day or two later.
I use the daily and weekly candles for direction so timing isn't important, I just need to be on the correct side of a major trend.
Now, you just asked me the most important question I have been asked since I have been in this forum, how do I know when the big move is coming. I just don't know when but I know where it will occur.
