Thanks. That all makes sense. As you said earlier, shorters have suffered. On one forum a guy said he's been shorting the DJIA since 18,500 and finally got wiped out last week. It's madness fighting reality like that.
Do you trade indices or just Forex? I tried forex again last week and lost again. Indices are much simpler, so why not trade them? You can literally watch manipulation in real time and predict where it will go. Personally, I'm looking for somewhere to post. XJO thread is focused on XJO. CFD thread is dead. Other forums are laughably bad.
BTW, I got smacked about on oil over the last month or so. I was focused on the FA pattern of August rises from previous years that just didn't play out this season. Maybe the fundamentals have settled into a new status quo.
