There are too many "5 minutes" in a "4 hour period" for the H4 to have any meaningful usefulness, the disconnect is too big, it is a bit like wanting to know what the weather will be for tomorrow by looking at the weather chart for next month.
If you really want a bigger picture for the 5 minute, may be use M30 or H1 ?
