Big 7 days coming up on the forex and fixed income markets.


Inclined to feel Euro finds support Monday morning. Late shorts selling from $1.32 down last week may take profits. Snap back towards $1.30'ish? possible...even monday if EU put in place some form of respectable policy.


If no respectable action is taken, and European Financial/Credit meltdown continues, going to be ugly for AUD in particular. If mkt continues to factor in rate cuts, lots of money will come out of Aussie.


Going to be a fun week. Much depends on news flow out of Europe Sunday night.
